Our house is a 300 year old oil mill

The apartment is on the first floor of the house.
The 60 m² one-room apartment offers comfortable relaxation for 6 people. There are 2 double beds (160 × 200, 140 × 200 and 1/160 × 200) and a sofa bed. One of the double beds is in the gallery, a favorite place for older children.

The apartment has a bathroom with a sink, bathtub, toilet and bidet.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove and cooking and eating utensils. In the dining area you can enjoy a pleasant meal at a Tuscan dining table. TV with foreign channels and WiFi connection are available.
The apartment has a terrace and a parking space in the garden.

Near the house there are two smaller shops in about 50 to 100m. There are other larger supermarkets in the valley in Camaiore in about 5kmm other larger supermarkets such as Lidl can be found in Viareggio.

Two restaurants are also located in Pieve and the kitchen, like most italian restaurants, is open from 7 p.m. It is also open at lunchtime, but menu selection is limited.
